Incontinence supplies, handled with care

Nobody wants to have this conversation, which is exactly why so many people end up with the wrong product. Sizing and absorbency are not interchangeable: a brief that is too big leaks at the leg, one that is too small leaks at the waist, and a pad rated for light bladder leakage will not manage overnight.

We stock 243 incontinence items so we can fit the product to the person, and we ship in plain packaging.

We stock, among others: First Quality, TENA, Tranquility, Medline, McKesson, Personal Care Products, Salk. All brands we carry →

Brand availability changes. If your clinician specified a product, give us the manufacturer reference number and we will source that item rather than substituting an equivalent.

Which product fits the need?

Medicare Part B does not pay for absorbent products. Florida Medicaid and some other plans can, depending on age and eligibility; we check before anything ships.

  • Right absorbency and size means fewer leaks and less laundry
  • Comfort, confidence and dignity through the day and overnight
  • Skin protectants and wipes that prevent breakdown
  • Discreet delivery in plain packaging

Everyday use

Reliable, right-fit briefs and pads delivered discreetly let someone leave the house without planning the whole day around a bathroom.

Is it covered?

Most of what we supply is a Medicare Part B benefit, and most Florida commercial plans and Medicare Advantage plans cover it too, when it is medically necessary and your prescriber has documented why you need it. Coverage is never automatic: it depends on your diagnosis, your plan, and what is written in your chart.

What we do about it: before we deliver your incontinence supplies, we verify your benefits, tell you what your plan says your share will be, and chase any missing paperwork with your prescriber. If your plan will not cover it, we say so up front and quote you a private-pay price instead.

We are enrolled with Medicare as a DMEPOS supplier and we accept Florida Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and a broad list of commercial plans — see the full list.

We do not publish coverage amounts or fee-schedule figures on this site. Allowables differ by state, by plan and by year, and a number that is stale or from the wrong jurisdiction is worse than no number at all. Call us and we will quote your actual benefit.

What you will pay

With Medicare or your plan
We bill your plan directly
You owe only the share your plan sets · we bill a secondary when you have one
Private pay
A plain quote before anything ships
No insurance needed · brand-name or generic to fit the budget

We verify first. Before anything is delivered we tell you what your plan says your share will be. If the plan will not cover it, we say so and quote a private-pay price instead — you decide, nothing is sent on assumption.

Prefer to skip insurance? Private pay made easy

No insurance, or want it fast and simple? We quote a straightforward private-pay price, ship supplies anywhere in Florida and deliver equipment across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade — no paperwork chase. Choose brand-name or lower-cost generic options to fit your budget.

Why Scotts

  • Family owned in Boca Raton since 2014 — you reach people who know the account, not a call center.

  • Florida Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and most commercial plans accepted, and we bill your secondary for the share it covers.
  • We verify benefits before anything ships — you hear your share first, and nothing is delivered on assumption.
  • Delivery and setup across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade, and supplies shipped anywhere in Florida.
  • Brand-name and generic options — we help you choose quality that fits the budget and the prescription.
  • Referrals and authorizations processed around the clock — fax (800) 594-1226 any time.
  • Simple private pay when you would rather skip insurance, with a plain quote first.
  • One point of contact from order to delivery to resupply.

What your order needs

Sending these together is the single biggest thing that shortens turnaround. Missing documentation, not policy, is what stalls most orders.

  • Coverage for incontinence supplies varies enormously by plan. Medicare Part B generally does not cover absorbent incontinence products; Florida Medicaid and some managed-care and long-term-care plans do, with a prescription and documentation
  • A written order and documentation of the underlying cause of incontinence, where the plan covers it
  • The quantities you actually use per day — be honest about this, as under-ordering is the most common cause of people running short

Providers: fax to (800) 594-1226 or call (800) 304-7030. If something is missing we will call your office rather than sitting on it.

Frequently asked questions

Does Medicare pay for adult diapers?
Generally no — absorbent incontinence products are usually not a Medicare Part B benefit. Florida Medicaid and some Medicare Advantage and long-term-care plans do cover them. We check yours and tell you straight, rather than letting you find out from a bill.
How do I work out the right size?
Size on hips and waist, not on body weight. And absorbency should match your heaviest need, not your average — most people size for daytime and then have a problem overnight. Booster pads solve that. Our sizing guide →
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain outer boxes, no product description visible.
My skin is getting sore.
Incontinence-associated dermatitis is common and preventable: change promptly, clean gently, and use a barrier cream. We supply all of it. If the skin is broken, get it looked at — that is a wound, not a rash.
Do I need a prescription?
For anything billed to Medicare, Medicaid or a commercial plan, yes — and most plans also want chart notes showing why you need it. If you do not have an order yet, we can request one from your prescriber.
How do I know what my plan will pay?
We verify it before we ship and tell you what we found, including your expected share. We do not publish coverage amounts on this site because they vary by plan, by state and by year.
How fast can I get it?
Private-pay and stocked supply items move quickly. Anything requiring prior authorization moves at the speed of your plan — we file it the same day and chase it, but the plan sets the clock.
Can you ship, or do you deliver?
Both. Recurring supplies ship to you anywhere in Florida. Equipment that needs setting up — beds, lifts, mattresses, chairs — we deliver and assemble across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade.
