Needs Florida sourcing before publish: LANGUAGE SERVICES ARE NOT DESCRIBED HERE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT VERIFIED. South Florida is a majority Spanish-speaking market and North Miami is a large Haitian Creole-speaking one, so this is a commercially important gap — but the only evidence found in Scotts' systems is a patient-language dropdown (English / Spanish / Creole / Portuguese / French) in the ops app, which records a preference and does not establish a capability. Before publishing, confirm and state specifically: which languages staff speak, whether a telephone interpreter service is contracted and which one, and whether written materials exist in Spanish and Haitian Creole. Do not publish a generic 'we provide free language services' line until that is true.
