Ostomy supplies, handled with care

An ostomy supply order is not a one-off. It is a relationship that has to work every single month, and the way it goes wrong is boringly consistent: the supplier stocks two brands, the one that fits you is not one of them, and you get talked into a system that leaks.

We carry 1,705 ostomy items. That is the whole point of the line. Colostomy, ileostomy and urostomy; one-piece and two-piece; click couplings and flex couplings; flat, convex and deep-convex barriers; cut-to-fit and pre-cut; pediatric sizes. If a wound-ostomy-continence nurse has fitted you to something specific, we can almost certainly supply it rather than substituting.

Brands we carry

We stock, among others: Hollister, Coloplast, ConvaTec, Nu-Hope Laboratories, Marlen Manufacturing, Salk, Cymed. All brands we carry →

Brand availability changes. If your clinician specified a product, give us the manufacturer reference number and we will source that item rather than substituting an equivalent.

One-piece or two-piece? Flat or convex?

The choices a wound-ostomy nurse walks you through, side by side.

OptionHow it worksOften suitsWorth knowing
One-piece systemPouch and skin barrier are one unit, changed together. The simplest change and a low, flexible profile under clothes. The barrier comes off with every pouch change, so the skin sees more adhesive removal.
Two-piece systemA skin barrier stays on for several days; pouches click or stick onto its flange.Frequent pouch changes, or swapping pouch types without disturbing the barrier. The flange adds a little height, and pouch and flange sizes must match.
Flat barrierA flat wafer around a stoma that sits above the skin. Most protruding stomas with even skin around them.Stomas often shrink in the weeks after surgery, so the size is re-measured.
Convex barrierA curved wafer that presses gently around the stoma.Stomas flush with or below the skin, or creases that let output leak under the barrier.Convexity is usually chosen by an ostomy nurse; ask before switching.
Drainable, closed or urostomy pouchDrainable pouches empty through an outlet; closed pouches are replaced; urostomy pouches have a tap.Drainable for looser output, closed for formed output, urostomy for urine.A urostomy pouch can connect to a night drainage bag.

Bring the manufacturer reference number from your box and we will match it exactly.

Benefits

  • Right pouch and barrier fit means fewer leaks and less skin irritation
  • Monthly resupply arrives before you run out
  • Discreet packaging, delivered to your door
  • Same brand and product code every month unless you ask to change

Everyday use

A pouching system that fits well disappears into the day: it stays put, stays sealed, and the supplies you need next month are already on the way.

Is it covered?

Most of what we supply is a Medicare Part B benefit, and most Florida commercial plans and Medicare Advantage plans cover it too, when it is medically necessary and your prescriber has documented why you need it. Coverage is never automatic: it depends on your diagnosis, your plan, and what is written in your chart.

What we do about it: before we deliver your ostomy supplies, we verify your benefits, tell you what your plan says your share will be, and chase any missing paperwork with your prescriber. If your plan will not cover it, we say so up front and quote you a private-pay price instead.

We are enrolled with Medicare as a DMEPOS supplier and we accept Florida Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and a broad list of commercial plans — see the full list.

We do not publish coverage amounts or fee-schedule figures on this site. Allowables differ by state, by plan and by year, and a number that is stale or from the wrong jurisdiction is worse than no number at all. Call us and we will quote your actual benefit.

What you will pay

With Medicare or your plan
We bill your plan directly
You owe only the share your plan sets · we bill a secondary when you have one
Private pay
A plain quote before anything ships
No insurance needed · brand-name or generic to fit the budget

We verify first. Before anything is delivered we tell you what your plan says your share will be. If the plan will not cover it, we say so and quote a private-pay price instead — you decide, nothing is sent on assumption.

Prefer to skip insurance? Private pay made easy

No insurance, or want it fast and simple? We quote a straightforward private-pay price, ship supplies anywhere in Florida and deliver equipment across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade — no paperwork chase. Choose brand-name or lower-cost generic options to fit your budget.

  • One point of contact from order to delivery to resupply.

What your order needs

Sending these together is the single biggest thing that shortens turnaround. Missing documentation, not policy, is what stalls most orders.

  • A written order from your prescriber identifying the ostomy and the supplies needed
  • Documentation in your chart of the ostomy (surgical history is usually enough)
  • Your current product references — the manufacturer code from the box is the fastest thing you can give us; it removes all guesswork about size, convexity and coupling

Providers: fax to (800) 594-1226 or call (800) 304-7030. If something is missing we will call your office rather than sitting on it.

Frequently asked questions

My current supplier keeps substituting a different brand. Can you match what I actually use?
That is exactly what a 1,704-item line is for. Give us the manufacturer reference number from your box and we will supply that item, not the nearest thing we happen to stock.
How many pouches am I allowed each month?
Medicare and most plans set quantity limits per item type, and they can be exceeded with documentation when your situation justifies it — a high-output stoma, a leaking peristomal area, frequent changes. We will tell you your limit and, if it is not enough, what your prescriber needs to write.
My skin around the stoma is sore. Can you help?
We can supply barrier rings, convex products, powders and protective wipes, and we can tell you what other people use. What we cannot do is assess your skin — peristomal skin breakdown needs a WOC nurse or your surgeon. Ask us and we will supply what they recommend, quickly.
Do you carry pediatric sizes?
Yes. Pediatric and neonatal ostomy products are a distinct part of the line.
Do I need a prescription?
For anything billed to Medicare, Medicaid or a commercial plan, yes — and most plans also want chart notes showing why you need it. If you do not have an order yet, we can request one from your prescriber.
How do I know what my plan will pay?
We verify it before we ship and tell you what we found, including your expected share. We do not publish coverage amounts on this site because they vary by plan, by state and by year.
How fast can I get it?
Private-pay and stocked supply items move quickly. Anything requiring prior authorization moves at the speed of your plan — we file it the same day and chase it, but the plan sets the clock.
Can you ship, or do you deliver?
Both. Recurring supplies ship to you anywhere in Florida. Equipment that needs setting up — beds, lifts, mattresses, chairs — we deliver and assemble across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade.
