Enteral nutrition & tube feeding
180 enteral items — formula, pumps, feeding sets, extension sets, syringes and G-tube supplies for adults and children.
✓ We verify your benefits first 🚚 Delivered or shippedEnteral nutrition and tube feeding supplies in Palm Beach County — Abbott and Nestle formula, pumps, feeding sets and G-tube supplies from Scotts Medical Supply, Boca Raton FL.
Tube feeding does not tolerate supply gaps. If the formula does not arrive, there is no substitute to fall back on and no way to skip a day. That makes reliability the whole job.
We supply 180 enteral items — standard, high-calorie, peptide-based, fibre-containing, diabetes-specific and pediatric formulas, with the pumps and the disposables that go with them — on a fixed schedule.

Brand availability changes. If your clinician specified a product, give us the manufacturer reference number and we will source that item rather than substituting an equivalent.
Is it covered?
Most of what we supply is a Medicare Part B benefit, and most Florida commercial plans and Medicare Advantage plans cover it too, when it is medically necessary and your prescriber has documented why you need it. Coverage is never automatic: it depends on your diagnosis, your plan, and what is written in your chart.
What we do about it: before we deliver your enteral nutrition, we verify your benefits, tell you what your plan says your share will be, and chase any missing paperwork with your prescriber. If your plan will not cover it, we say so up front and quote you a private-pay price instead.
We are enrolled with Medicare as a DMEPOS supplier and we accept Florida Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and a broad list of commercial plans — see the full list.
We do not publish coverage amounts or fee-schedule figures on this site. Allowables differ by state, by plan and by year, and a number that is stale or from the wrong jurisdiction is worse than no number at all. Call us and we will quote your actual benefit.
What your order needs
Sending these together is the single biggest thing that shortens turnaround. Missing documentation, not policy, is what stalls most orders.
- A written order stating the formula, the daily volume or calories, and the route (pump, gravity, bolus)
- Documentation of why oral intake is not sufficient — enteral coverage under Medicare is a prosthetic-device benefit and turns on documented impairment, not simply poor appetite
- The tube type and size, and the date it was placed
- For pediatric patients, weight and growth documentation
Providers: fax to (800) 594-1226 or call (800) 304-7030. If something is missing we will call your office rather than sitting on it.
