Protective underwear and briefs split most of our TENA stock at a dozen items each, with pads, cleansing creams and washes behind them. The skin-care side is what distinguishes the line: TENA treats continence care and skin care as one problem, which is exactly how skin breakdown gets prevented.

The size run is the real story: briefs start at a Youth x-small for a 17 to 29 inch waist and climb through the Stretch Ultra Bariatric line to a 3XL fitting a 64 to 95 inch waist. Between the ends sit Day Plus and Night pads, Intimates and Serenity liners, Comfort Pants, the Womens Super Plus heavy underwear and a one-size for Men pad — plus the cleansing cream that does the skin half of the job.

Getting the exact product

If you are already using a TENA product, keep the box or photograph the label. The manufacturer reference number tells us the size, the configuration and the variant with no ambiguity at all — which is how we avoid the substitution that most supply complaints are actually about.

If a clinician has specified a particular TENA item, send us the order with that reference and we will supply it rather than a category equivalent.
