CPAP, BiPAP & respiratory supplies

407 respiratory items — machines, masks in every style and size, cushions, tubing, filters and humidifier chambers, on a replacement schedule we track for you.

✓ We verify your benefits first 🚚 Delivered or shipped

CPAP and BiPAP supplies in Palm Beach County — ResMed, Philips Respironics and Fisher & Paykel masks, cushions, tubing and filters on an automatic resupply schedule from Scotts Medical Supply, Boca Raton FL.

Two things decide whether CPAP therapy works: the mask fits, and the supplies get replaced. Neither is glamorous, and both are where suppliers quietly fail people. A cushion that has gone soft leaks; a leaking mask wakes you up; a machine that wakes you up gets unplugged.

We stock 407 respiratory items and run the replacement schedule for you, so the mask you sleep in next month is not the one that stopped sealing three months ago.

Brands

We stock, among others: ResMed, Philips Respironics, Fisher & Paykel, Drive Medical, Hudson RCI, Roscoe Medical. All brands we carry →

Brand availability changes. If your clinician specified a product, give us the manufacturer reference number and we will source that item rather than substituting an equivalent.

Is it covered?

Most of what we supply is a Medicare Part B benefit, and most Florida commercial plans and Medicare Advantage plans cover it too, when it is medically necessary and your prescriber has documented why you need it. Coverage is never automatic: it depends on your diagnosis, your plan, and what is written in your chart.

What we do about it: before we deliver your cpap, bipap, we verify your benefits, tell you what your plan says your share will be, and chase any missing paperwork with your prescriber. If your plan will not cover it, we say so up front and quote you a private-pay price instead.

We are enrolled with Medicare as a DMEPOS supplier and we accept Florida Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and a broad list of commercial plans — see the full list.

We do not publish coverage amounts or fee-schedule figures on this site. Allowables differ by state, by plan and by year, and a number that is stale or from the wrong jurisdiction is worse than no number at all. Call us and we will quote your actual benefit.

What your order needs

Sending these together is the single biggest thing that shortens turnaround. Missing documentation, not policy, is what stalls most orders.

  • A written order from the treating physician
  • A sleep study — in-lab polysomnography or home sleep apnea test — supporting the diagnosis
  • A face-to-face clinical evaluation documenting the symptoms and the diagnosis
  • For continued coverage after the initial period, documentation of adherence (usage data from the machine) and a follow-up visit showing benefit. This trips up more people than the initial setup does
  • For resupply, an order covering the replacement items

Providers: fax to (800) 594-1226 or call (800) 304-7030. If something is missing we will call your office rather than sitting on it.

Frequently asked questions

My mask leaks. Can I try a different one?
Yes, and you should. Mask style is trial and error — nasal, pillows and full-face suit different faces and different breathing habits, and 'the one you were given' is not necessarily the one that works for you. Call us.
How often do supplies get replaced?
Different items on different schedules — cushions most often, then filters and tubing, then headgear and the humidifier chamber, with the mask frame least often. We track your dates and contact you when each is due. The full schedule →
What is a compliance requirement?
Medicare and most plans require documented use of the machine — a minimum number of hours on a minimum number of nights within an initial trial period — plus a follow-up visit with your physician showing the therapy is helping. Miss it and the plan can stop paying and even reclaim the rental. We will remind you, but this one is genuinely on you and your doctor.
Do you supply oxygen?
We supply nebulizers, suction, tracheostomy and respiratory consumables. For home oxygen, call us and we will tell you plainly whether we can serve you or refer you on — Medicare requires oxygen to come from a state-licensed oxygen supplier and we will not pretend otherwise.
My machine has been recalled. What do I do?
Contact the manufacturer directly for a recall remedy, and tell us so we have it on your record. Do not stop prescribed therapy without speaking to your physician first.
Do I need a prescription?
For anything billed to Medicare, Medicaid or a commercial plan, yes — and most plans also want chart notes showing why you need it. If you do not have an order yet, we can request one from your prescriber.
How do I know what my plan will pay?
We verify it before we ship and tell you what we found, including your expected share. We do not publish coverage amounts on this site because they vary by plan, by state and by year.
How fast can I get it?
Private-pay and stocked supply items move quickly. Anything requiring prior authorization moves at the speed of your plan — we file it the same day and chase it, but the plan sets the clock.
Can you ship, or do you deliver?
Both. Recurring supplies ship to you anywhere in Florida. Equipment that needs setting up — beds, lifts, mattresses, chairs — we deliver and assemble across Palm Beach and Broward.

Not sure where to start?

Call us and tell us what happened — a surgery, a new diagnosis, a discharge date, a supply you keep running out of. We will tell you what is usually needed, check your benefits, and ask your prescriber for the order if you do not have one yet.
