Compression stockings & lymphedema garments, handled with care

Compression only works if it fits. A stocking a size too big does nothing; a size too small comes off after two days and never goes back on. The most common reason people abandon compression therapy is not the therapy — it is that nobody measured them properly and nobody stocked their size.

We carry 850 compression items across the gradient range: 15–20, 20–30, 30–40 and 40–50 mmHg, in knee-high, thigh-high, pantyhose and maternity, in regular and wide calf, petite and tall, open and closed toe. Plus lymphedema-specific garments — arm sleeves, gauntlets, gloves, and night-time wraps.

Brands we carry

Brand availability changes. If your clinician specified a product, give us the manufacturer reference number and we will source that item rather than substituting an equivalent.

What we stock

  • Gradient compression stockings — 15–20, 20–30, 30–40 and 40–50 mmHg
  • Knee-high, thigh-high, pantyhose, maternity and men’s styles
  • Wide-calf, petite and tall fittings; open and closed toe
  • Lymphedema arm sleeves, gauntlets and gloves
  • Compression wraps and adjustable-Velcro garments for people who cannot pull on a stocking

  • Juxta-style adjustable compression for leg and foot
  • Custom-measured garments where stock sizes do not fit

What the compression numbers mean

Compression is measured in millimeters of mercury (mmHg). Higher is firmer, and firmer is not better unless it is prescribed.

LevelWhat it isOften used forWorth knowing
15–20 mmHgMild, everyday support.Tired, achy legs, long flights, mild swelling.Usually a retail purchase; no prescription needed.
20–30 mmHgModerate medical-grade gradient compression.Varicose veins, moderate swelling, after vein procedures.Measured for fit; plans ask for a prescription and diagnosis.
30–40 mmHgFirm medical-grade compression.Lymphedema, preventing venous ulcers from coming back, severe swelling.Accurate measuring matters most here; donning aids help.
40–50 mmHgExtra-firm compression.Severe lymphedema and venous disease, as prescribed.Prescribed and fitted, often made to measure.
Wraps and night garmentsAdjustable hook-and-loop wraps and soft garments for sleep.Swelling that changes during the day, or stockings that are too hard to pull on.Can fall under Medicare’s lymphedema compression benefit when the diagnosis is documented; we check.

We measure in the morning, before swelling builds, so the garment you receive is the one that fits.

Benefits

  • Measured for the right size, length and compression class
  • Lower swelling and heavier-leg relief through the day
  • Fewer skin breakdowns at the ankle and shin
  • Replacement garments on a schedule, before the old pair loses its stretch

Everyday use

Gradient compression that is measured properly goes on in the morning and works quietly until evening, keeping legs lighter through a full day on your feet.

Is it covered?

Most of what we supply is a Medicare Part B benefit, and most Florida commercial plans and Medicare Advantage plans cover it too, when it is medically necessary and your prescriber has documented why you need it. Coverage is never automatic: it depends on your diagnosis, your plan, and what is written in your chart.

What we do about it: before we deliver your compression stockings, we verify your benefits, tell you what your plan says your share will be, and chase any missing paperwork with your prescriber. If your plan will not cover it, we say so up front and quote you a private-pay price instead.

We are enrolled with Medicare as a DMEPOS supplier and we accept Florida Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and a broad list of commercial plans — see the full list.

We do not publish coverage amounts or fee-schedule figures on this site. Allowables differ by state, by plan and by year, and a number that is stale or from the wrong jurisdiction is worse than no number at all. Call us and we will quote your actual benefit.

What you will pay

With Medicare or your plan
We bill your plan directly
You owe only the share your plan sets · we bill a secondary when you have one
Private pay
A plain quote before anything ships
No insurance needed · brand-name or generic to fit the budget

We verify first. Before anything is delivered we tell you what your plan says your share will be. If the plan will not cover it, we say so and quote a private-pay price instead — you decide, nothing is sent on assumption.

Prefer to skip insurance? Private pay made easy

No insurance, or want it fast and simple? We quote a straightforward private-pay price, ship supplies anywhere in Florida and deliver equipment across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade — no paperwork chase. Choose brand-name or lower-cost generic options to fit your budget.

What your order needs

Sending these together is the single biggest thing that shortens turnaround. Missing documentation, not policy, is what stalls most orders.

  • A written order stating the compression class (mmHg), the garment style, and the limb
  • For lymphedema garments, documentation of the lymphedema diagnosis and the treating clinician’s measurements
  • For venous disease, documentation of the underlying condition — venous insufficiency, post-thrombotic syndrome, or an active or healed venous ulcer, as applicable
  • Current limb measurements, taken first thing in the morning before swelling builds

Providers: fax to (800) 594-1226 or call (800) 304-7030. If something is missing we will call your office rather than sitting on it.

Frequently asked questions

What compression strength do I need?
That is a clinical decision and it belongs to your prescriber, not to us or to you. 15–20 mmHg is a mild everyday class; 20–30 and 30–40 are therapeutic classes used for venous disease and lymphedema. Higher is not better — it is dangerous in the wrong circumstances, particularly with arterial disease.
How do I get measured?
Measure first thing in the morning, before swelling accumulates. Ankle, calf and, for thigh-highs, thigh circumference plus leg length. Your clinician or our staff can walk you through it. Our measuring guide →
I cannot physically pull a stocking on. What are my options?
Adjustable wrap garments with Velcro straps. They apply the same graduated compression but fasten rather than stretch on, and they are the difference between compliance and a stocking in a drawer for a lot of people with arthritis or limited grip. Ask us about them.
Does insurance cover compression?
It depends heavily on the plan and on the diagnosis. Medicare's coverage of compression garments is narrow and diagnosis-specific, and it changed in recent years for lymphedema. Commercial plans vary widely. We check yours before ordering and tell you plainly what it says.
How often should they be replaced?
Therapeutic compression garments lose elasticity with washing and wear — typically after a few months of daily use. Plans that cover them usually allow a set number of pairs per period. We will tell you yours and put you on a resupply schedule.
Do I need a prescription?
For anything billed to Medicare, Medicaid or a commercial plan, yes — and most plans also want chart notes showing why you need it. If you do not have an order yet, we can request one from your prescriber.
How do I know what my plan will pay?
We verify it before we ship and tell you what we found, including your expected share. We do not publish coverage amounts on this site because they vary by plan, by state and by year.
How fast can I get it?
Private-pay and stocked supply items move quickly. Anything requiring prior authorization moves at the speed of your plan — we file it the same day and chase it, but the plan sets the clock.
Can you ship, or do you deliver?
Both. Recurring supplies ship to you anywhere in Florida. Equipment that needs setting up — beds, lifts, mattresses, chairs — we deliver and assemble across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade.
