Cushions are 15 of our 23 Span America items, led by the Geo-Matt family with its geometrically sectioned foam surface, plus Gel-T gel-and-foam seating and mattress overlays. This is the pressure-injury-prevention shelf: unglamorous foam engineering that keeps skin intact through months in the same chair.
Geo-Matt is a system, not one cushion: contour, wedge and PRT versions with anti-slip covers, sized 16 by 16 up to a 24 by 18 inch bariatric, alongside Gel-T seating in standard and bariatric widths. The mattress side runs the Geo-Mattress 350, the Gel 80 overlay at 35 by 80 inches, convoluted foam overlay pads and the PressureGuard Protocol specialty mattress, with EZ Dish and Cross-Cut cushions and a standing transfer aid completing the line.
