Brand availability changes. If your clinician specified a product, give us the manufacturer reference number and we will source that item rather than substituting an equivalent.

Is it covered?

Most of what we supply is a Medicare Part B benefit, and most Florida commercial plans and Medicare Advantage plans cover it too, when it is medically necessary and your prescriber has documented why you need it. Coverage is never automatic: it depends on your diagnosis, your plan, and what is written in your chart.

What we do about it: before we deliver your wound care supplies, we verify your benefits, tell you what your plan says your share will be, and chase any missing paperwork with your prescriber. If your plan will not cover it, we say so up front and quote you a private-pay price instead.

We are enrolled with Medicare as a DMEPOS supplier and we accept Florida Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and a broad list of commercial plans — see the full list.

Frequently asked questions

Why does my plan want wound measurements?

Because surgical dressing coverage is quantity-driven: the number of dressings allowed per month is derived from the wound size, the number of wounds and the change frequency. Without current measurements in the chart the claim has nothing to stand on. We will tell your wound clinic exactly what we need.

Can you supply what the wound clinic ordered, exactly?

That is the intent of stocking 517 items. Send us the order with the manufacturer and product code and we will match it rather than substituting a category equivalent.

Do you supply negative pressure wound therapy?

We supply NPWT dressings, canisters and consumables. Whether the pump itself comes from us or from the wound clinic depends on the arrangement — call and we will sort out who is supplying what so nothing falls between the two.

How often will supplies arrive?

Do I need a prescription?

For anything billed to Medicare, Medicaid or a commercial plan, yes — and most plans also want chart notes showing why you need it. If you do not have an order yet, we can request one from your prescriber.

How do I know what my plan will pay?

We verify it before we ship and tell you what we found, including your expected share. We do not publish coverage amounts on this site because they vary by plan, by state and by year.

How fast can I get it?

Private-pay and stocked supply items move quickly. Anything requiring prior authorization moves at the speed of your plan — we file it the same day and chase it, but the plan sets the clock.
