What we do
Supply, verify, deliver, set up, and keep it coming. The unglamorous parts are the ones that decide whether a patient actually ends up with what they need.
Insurance verification, before anything ships
We check eligibility, plan type, deductible status, expected patient responsibility, and whether the item needs prior authorization — and we tell you what we found before we deliver, not after the claim.
If a plan will not cover an item, we say so, explain why, and give you a private-pay price so you can decide.
Documentation, chased for you
Denials are usually paperwork, not policy. We know what each category needs — the written order, the diagnosis codes, the face-to-face note, the sleep study, the wound measurements — and we request it from your prescriber directly.
You should not have to explain a Local Coverage Determination to your own doctor. That is our job.
Delivery and setup
We deliver across Palm Beach and Broward, bring equipment to the room where it will be used, assemble it, and show whoever will be operating it how it works — including the caregiver, not only the patient.
Delivery is documented with a signed proof of delivery. For rentals we handle service, pickup and return.
Automatic resupply
Ostomy, catheter, wound, incontinence, enteral and CPAP supplies run on replacement schedules. We track yours and contact you when you are due, rather than waiting for you to run out on a Friday night.
Walker and nebulizer closets
For hospital, rehab and skilled nursing partners: a stocked closet on your unit so a patient can leave with a walker or a nebulizer in hand at discharge, and the insurance work happens afterwards.
Rentals, repairs and returns
Many larger items can be rented rather than bought — sensible for a six-week recovery, less so for a permanent need. We will tell you which yours is.
Items we rent to you, we maintain. Items under warranty, we repair or replace at no charge. Warranty and returns →
Not sure where to start?
Call us and tell us what happened — a surgery, a new diagnosis, a discharge date, a supply you keep running out of. We will tell you what is usually needed, check your benefits, and ask your prescriber for the order if you do not have one yet.
