What we actually do
- Stock and ship the recurring supply lines — ostomy, urological, wound care, incontinence, enteral nutrition and CPAP resupply, on a schedule we track for you.
- Deliver and set up home equipment — hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers, pressure mattresses, lifts and bath safety, across Palm Beach and Broward.
- Verify insurance before anything ships — coverage, patient responsibility, and whether prior authorization is required.
- Chase the paperwork — we ask your prescriber for the order, the chart notes, or the face-to-face documentation your plan wants, so you do not have to.
- Take referrals around the clock — by fax or phone.
- Support same-day discharge — our walker and nebulizer closets let a facility issue equipment at the bedside and let the insurance work follow.
Standards we operate under
Scotts has been confirmed verbally as accredited by The Compliance Team, and this is where that belongs. It is deliberately left blank because the certificate itself has not been seen.
