Brand availability changes. If your clinician specified a product, give us the manufacturer reference number and we will source that item rather than substituting an equivalent.
Is it covered?
Most of what we supply is a Medicare Part B benefit, and most Florida commercial plans and Medicare Advantage plans cover it too, when it is medically necessary and your prescriber has documented why you need it. Coverage is never automatic: it depends on your diagnosis, your plan, and what is written in your chart.
What we do about it: before we deliver your incontinence supplies, we verify your benefits, tell you what your plan says your share will be, and chase any missing paperwork with your prescriber. If your plan will not cover it, we say so up front and quote you a private-pay price instead.
We are enrolled with Medicare as a DMEPOS supplier and we accept Florida Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and a broad list of commercial plans — see the full list.
